Festirame & Festival des musiques actuelles

From June 17 to 19, 2010 (Festival des Musiques Actuelles) and From July 10 to 18, 2010 (Festirame)

During summer season, the city of Alma is transformed into a great festive town offering locals and visitors two large-scale events, Festirame and Festival des musiques actuelles.

Taking place in early July, Festirame makes you enjoy a wide range of water-related activities such as triathlon (rowing, running and cycling), rowboat marathon, water rafts as well as kayak excursions in the Lac-Saint-Jean islands. Festirame also offers visitors many shows at an affordable price as well as many activities for the whole family (parade, fireworks, group dinner, inflatable games).

A little bit later during the month of August, Place Festivalma will come to life with some of the best emerging artists from Quebec and elsewhere during the all new Festival des musiques actuelles. It is definitely a not-to-be-missed music event!
