The Traversée internationale du lac Saint-Jean is almost a 55-year-old tradition now. Swimmers leave from Péribonka and head to Roberval, swimming for about 32 kilometres for 6 hours straight. What an achievement! Fortunately, the Traversée is not only the fact of crossing the lake from one side to the other, but it is also the occasion of doing all kinds of activities and attend shows for with the entire family.
Among others activities, you can participate in the skateboarding competitions, soccer and bowling tournaments as well as running races. You can also participate in the dinner in the streets, where tables are put end to end for kilometres. On the tables, dishes are put to fill up 10,000 hungry stomachs! Participate in the activities!
