The restaurant has earned the Four Diamonds distinction by the CAA/AAA since 2005 and the chef and owner, Daniel Pachon, owns the title of Grand Maître Cassoulet Prix Grande Carte d’Or granted by Collège des Ambassadeurs du vin au Québec.
