To See the Fjord from Every Angle

Parc national du Saguenay makes you discover the fjord from unique viewpoints. It is also a great place to see the Saguenay River from up close. During the guided discovery tours, park guides will be there to tell you more on the remarkable history of the formation of the fjord. In summer, go on a hike along the steep cliffs surrounding the fjord or go on a kayak excursion so that you can see this true unique natural attraction from sea level.

Furthermore, your visit to the park will give you the chance whatever the season to watch the exceptional wildlife that took residence in the park and in the waters of the fjord. In winter, explore the park with a pair of snowshoes or cross-country skis for long or short trips and bring your fishing rod for ice fishing. Make the most of this fabulous setting by staying a few days inside the park which offers all the necessary facilities for campers in summer and refuges for snowshoers and skiers in winter.
